Loved the episode. I actually just wrote a novel about the Hollow Earth, though I am diverging from mainstream cult theory.
I wanted to point out something. At the end of the podcast, you both surmised one of the reasons why Hollow Earth theory could not be true was because of gravity. You stated that large objects clump together. My question is what evidence do you have that demonstrates this? My understanding is every discussion and / or observation about gravity is merely conjecture about how the observed objects came to be the way they are. I don’t know of any case were scientists have ever actually SEEN two objects merge together under the influence of gravity.
I would like to propose a different theory. You even have a picture on the main hollow earth research page that shows an inner layer between the inner and outer crusts. In my book, this layer is an event horizon to a higher dimension, labeled by some as “Aeturnum.” This layer is a hyper material that is more dense than our understanding of physical matter. It has only been breached occasionally by an incoming asteroid or two. These breaches mostly seal up (like the one 70 million years ago that led to the dinosaurs migrating there to escape the climate disaster on the surface), but they leave a fractured and fissured landscape of tunnels and caverns all over the earth,
It is also speculated that the various monasteries, pyramids and eventually military compounds (in modern days) were built over the entrances to these caverns in order to control access.
